Our philosophy at Judd Betts Builders, LTD. is simply to bring together the very finest material available today and to integrate the material with master craftsman to ensure our finished product is the very best it can be.  There are a lot of short cuts that can be made in the construction of a home.  Many of which can go unnoticed for years, but they will eventually rear their ugly heads and when they do, it is usually the homeowner who is left to deal with them.  Some examples would be lack of gravel in garages and porches, which can cause settling and floor cracks.  Lack of perimeter stone around the foundation can cause water pockets and wet basements.  Cheap labor can lead to improper construction technique among other things.  Most of these items, if not all of them, are a result of a builder taking shortcuts in order to save a dollar or two.  We do not believe in taking shortcuts for we know that 10, 15 or 20 years down the road we want to be able to go back to every home we ever built and proudly state that is one of ours.
